We rented an EV. I think a quick briefing on cables and charging would have been nice. Recommendations on charging Apps to use in Australia would have been nice too. The guy who signed the car out to us said it was fully charged and we took his word for it. Once we got out onto the road_ we realised it only had 58 percent charge on the batteries.
Due to the issues in the Middle East_ I twice had to phone up the company to extend my hire period. The process was very simple and the staff that I spoke to were very helpful Excellent customer service all round
