I did not agree with being required to have additional insurance to acquire the car at destination. I was under the impression I had already met my insurance requirements prior to pickup. The agent at the desk would not allow me to rent the car without extra insurance. I do not know if I will use your car hire in the future due to this unexpected expense.

All OK_ but I was charged for two days_ whereas I only booked one. I was also charged late delivery fee while I returned the car on the same day_ well before deadline.
