The customer support was weak. I received a copy of the rental contract with some serious discrepancies of my personal data even that the rental company had all id documents. It took at least four calls to the customer service to correct all the mistakes. The representatives just simply are not capable to read documents that they have and write the same in the rental contract.

The officer said_ that you will be there at 4am to return the car_ but no one was there so we just left the keys in the keybox.
