The guy at the counter for picking up the car was rude and pushing for unnecessary options so he could charge more. He was threatening that if something happens there is no coverage etc. Very unpleasant. When we returned the car_ the drop off team was helpful and very friendly. Quite a contrast. This was in Montenegro Podgorica airport.

I got a car with summer tyres and so I did not able to travel to Montenegro north. I even did not know while ordering the car that there is option to choose tyres. Ruined part of vacation for me
