Es wäre von Vorteil_ wenn bei der Abgabe des Autos wichtigste Bedienungsinfos gegeben würden. Mir wurde einfach das Auto gezeigt und alles musste ich_ zwar problemlos_ selber herausfinden.
Very happy to the service.
There were two service desk which is great. However one desk closed and the lady left despite the long queue of people waiting to take or drop off a car. This was not OK. The other lady was very polite and we are happy with hers service. The car was perfect. Thank you.
De auto had bijna geen kracht en de achterband liep leeg. We hebben dit gemeld maar werd niet gerepareerd.
Returning the car was not super efficient. The line for people picking up a car took 35 minutes. I was dropping off a car_ this could be improved.
