Initially the car was not as described and the condition was very poor_ however_ a manager noticed my dissatisfaction and offered an upgrade to a newer better vehicle. I ensured the car was cleaner and in better condition when the car was returned.

I thought car pick up would be directly at airport but was a shuttle bus in the end so slightly disappointing but everything else was great car and stadd

Generally very good servcie. Staff at both pickup and drop off were excellent_ efficient and friendly. Car interior (drivers seat) was very badly stained but had been cleaned. Otherwise car was fine
