i was led to understand I was getting a car at the airport but had to wait over 25 mins to be collect from airport before I could get car which was really disappointing
Returning the car at 5pm the gates of the return site in Shannon was closed. The instructions where to leave the car were very vague so we had to decide (new users for Shannon).
I ordered a hybrid but did not get one.nitva big issue.the rental company did not provide any info about how to return the car at 3.00 am
Car had no Tax Disc displayed.
