Pro: - very good price_ including full protection package (so that I did not need a credit card at all) - new car_ very clean_ very good condition - once I got there I was very quick to pick up the car (and less than 1m to return it) Con: - the process of getting from airport to the dealer was confusing and lengthy - their own instructions for getting to the shuttle were not up to date - no one replied to the dedicated WhatsApp number - when I called_ the instructions for pickup were confusing for someone who is first time in that airport; driver refused to send me a location pin in goggle maps Overall_ I would still rent from this dealer again.
It needs to be made clearer_ MUCH CLEARER in the booking process about the additional insurance cover. I booked with additional cover but at the desk was told emphatically extra cover was NOT on the order and I had to pay extra (which I am now trying to reclaim). Could you possibly make sure that this cover is noted on the order to the supplying car rental company so there is no ambiguity at collection point.
