Хотел выразить благодарность непосредственно работникам при получении и возврата автомобиля за то что они еще раз показали гостеприимство настоящих армян. Взял бы еще раз аренду машины в этой компании?? Вполне возможно. Мои наилучшие пожелания работникам с кем я сталкивался _ да и просто всей Армении.

The car had a smell of cigarette smoke. It would be good to have a no-smoking policy for all cars. And if the car smells of smoke when returned_ they are charged a cleaning fee so that the smell of cigarette smoke can be removed.

We had several minor issues with the car during the rental period_ one mechanical (flat tyre and a loose cable) and the other administrative (police fine for unpaid insurance). On each occasion the rental car contact responded to our calls_ even on a Sunday_ and he Hovhannes was unfailingly polite and patient. We would use the company again

Все понравилось. Сервис классный_ очень отзывчивый_ со всем помогли. Единственный момент: для поездки на дальние расстояния (Грузия и тд) я бы рекомендовал брать что-то пошустрее_ чем VW Polo :)
