I did not receive the type of vehicle I requested and not even in the same group_ a Skoda Octavia was ordered and I was only given a smaller vehicle from a lower group.

All was good (location in airport - good directions_ clerk very friendly and operative_ process was quick and car was parker really close). The only thing was that the car was not washed on the outside_ so this was a bit unpleasant (interior was clean though).

I requested an automatic car_ as that is what I drive at home. I was disappointed that the car was manual_ but not disappointed in the car itself. The service provided at the office was very efficient and informed_ including the extra services
