The staff was great_ took little time to pickup keys and get car

even though there is only 1.5 to 2km to get to the pick up site the process is a bit cumbersome. The drop off process was much smoother with seamless and timely transfer to the terminal. To be fair_ we didn_t trust the idea of having to call in the midst of disembarking and picking up luggage when one of us has mobility issues.

They told us at the desk that they close at 3 PM so that’s when we have to drop the keys_ it would have been good to know that before during the booking.
