The car should have been cleaned properly_ especially the front screen. he engine stuttered when accelerating_ but otherwise was fine. Very good service at the counter_ transfer from Terminal to spot easy and all staff very! kind and helpful

The car was fitted with cheap uncomfortable seat covers_ would much have preferred the actual seat.

We would have preferred to collect and return the car to the airport - it wasted a lot of time taking us into the city to fetch a car
