While we had the rental car while we were parked at a carpark a lady tried to park beside and scraped the back of the car. When we returned it we had already had made contact with the company and was informed that the insurance we had was from your company now they are asking us to pay $600.00 for the repairs. They haven_t contact the lady_s insurance to put in a calm. So how do we get the $600.00 back as the accident wasn_t our fault. So I look forward to your reply regarding this problem.
