Apologies for late reply. 1. It would be convenient if there was a office within the airport for easy pick up. 2. The petrol tank has to be full not at 2 bars - quarter. 3. Just confusion on selected car. Cheers.

Thank you very much for providing me a car in timely manner. However for the price that i’ve paid_ i expected a better car_ not a rundown one with evidences of damaged front and back bumpers which emit sounds and vibrating each time i started the engine or navigating road bumpers. I am very displeased and would like to write an official complain on your service. Please direct me to the proper channel.

You did not advise of the deposit of 250 RM so I had to use my credit card_ then instead of a refund back to the card I was given cash which I then lost money on exchange as I was returning to Australia. So I cant use you again and I would advise anyone outside of Malaysia not to.

There was a problem with the delivery as my booking was counted as cancelled. This caused a delay in pickup. There was no paperwork issued to indicate it was a hire car. Otherwise it was fully uneventful.

The handover could have been better. I got stuck that they did not show how to open the gas flap_ how to open the boot_ where is the spare tire.
