When it is pouring with rain it is not good to have to wait 20+ minutes in the rain awaiting car hire otherwise the service is brilliant.
The email you sent me to pick up the car was a different location to the one on the email and you never told me I would have to pay £6 to be picked up and £6 to be dropped off which needs to be included in the rental agreement
