Having not driven a new car of this type with features we were not used to_ the explanation for the car was insufficient with hand over process was rushed_ and lacked an in person explanation with car. For example_ we were not told that to Start the car_ you had to be wearing the seat belt. He wait for the refund was too long too. Otherwise the car and service was very good.
