I ordered the car_ expecting it to be the size of the same car that have in my country because it said similar to the same car in the info_ I didn’t notice that the car was compact. So when I picked up the car_ I was told I’m getting a small car compact and have to upgrade and pay the difference_ which was unexpected

When we went to pick the car up the location had changed and we had to take another Taxi to the new location in mid town Mahattan_ which cost us over $ 20 USD not withstanding the time and effort lugging 4 heavy suitcase inn and out of the taxi. Other people had been notified of the change but not us. Very Annoyed customer!!!!!!!!!!!!
