car was not full. I wasted time trying to call the office - no answer. I took a photo. But it was not easy to return the car at the same gas level so i ended up putting more than I should have. At drop off it was fine and i was not charged extra. But i did buy more gas than I should have

They took a guarntee deposit which they not mentioned at time of charging of usd 200. Its not yet reversed.

bad service for the Front desc

The car_s headlights were totally useless_ but it was only discovered the day before we returned it_ when we were forced to drive after dark. As a rule_ we do not drive in the dark when we are here_ but sometimes there is no alternative. I think they should have checked it out before they rented out the car_ because as it was now_ it was a traffic hazard!
