Budget Car Rental Destinations in Turkiye

Everything was very smooth and easy. The only thing which was disappointing was that the additional requirements I asked for during my booking were not transferred over or commented to the rental agency (e.g. baby chair) . They later said they didn’t know it was needed and nothing was available to provide. the agency only had the car requirement that I booked but nothing else and needed to try and read my booking voucher to understand the rest.

The picture of the car is not the same as mentioned in the web site _

Service warning light came up in the car. There was no contact phone detail easily locateable in the car to sort this out

The deposit was not just blocked on credit card_ but fully charged as a completed transaction. Please let me know if it_s a common practice and how can i be informer that this deposit will be returned.
