Scotties Car Rental Destinations in New Zealand

It was not possible to leave the car outside their office in Auckland close to CBD_ I had to come back next morning before 9am to return it which is inexplicable for me. In addition_ I had to park it inside their premises through a veeeery narrow gate_ which seemed to be so narrow on purpose so that the customer would do some scratches in the car and the agency could claim back some damages. Very bad setup for the drop off_ to be improved

Just would have changed plans a little if I knew the office didn_t open till 9am

Amy was friendly and helpfu.

It took quite a bit of time getting the car_ but other than that I was very satisfied. On the flipside: they awarded me customer of the year for being so patient. :)

Didn_t use drop off service as returned car after hours. This was easy to do though.
