All aspects of service were really good

There was a long queue of people (about 6) waiting to pick up cars with only two members of staff. So it took a while to get my car but the staff were friendly and seemed to be trying their best to get through quickly.

ich hatte ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten_ da mein gebuchter Wagen nicht verfügbar war. Deshalb war die Ähnlichkeit des Mietwagens schwierig zu bewerten. ;-)
