When will my deposit be paid into my account? I returned the vehicle 10 days ago.

Car provider was late and I had to call them and there was no signage at the pick up point.

There were no instructions on how and where to pick car up. We had to ask and was given wrong info by airport staff. Had to ask a friendly policeman for the right location. When we got there was no one at the kiosk. Thankfully he arrived promptly after a phone call. Still not ideal.

Staff is very polite _ suit to our need. Proactive

I wait over 48hours and rejected my confirmation. I am still waiting the refund for 2 times rejected deposit. Please help me to follow the refund status. Thanks
