Thank you very much for providing me a car in timely manner. However for the price that i’ve paid_ i expected a better car_ not a rundown one with evidences of damaged front and back bumpers which emit sounds and vibrating each time i started the engine or navigating road bumpers. I am very displeased and would like to write an official complain on your service. Please direct me to the proper channel.

Excellent customer service_ location_ condition of the car. It was not the brand I thought I was getting.

When will my deposit be paid into my account? I returned the vehicle 10 days ago.

The car was a little aged but worked fine

Overall was a good experience renting the car from picking up to returning the car. Baim was very helpful when collecting the car pointing to the scratches_ dent_ and minor damages. Important is the car was in good condition. Will rent again if I happen to be in Malaysia rather than driving my car.
