Nobady waited for us. Only whats-up number but no free wi-fi.

I already joined full insurance when I booked_ but I was repeatedly offered to pay an additional €70 worth of insurance when I picked up my vehicle. I also had trouble finding a return location C-4.

The car was great and in good condition. Not enough attendants for a timely pickup and drop off which was the only inconvenience. Also wasn’t told car must be returned cleaned or else I would be charged a 500 Rs fee. Please let customers know this. Otherwise a good experience and company.

would of been helpful to have email_ explaining to wait in arrivals foyer and whatapp number to call once there_ as we had to wait quite a while
