City Car Car Rental Destinations in Lebanon

Customer services was great_ very friendly and helpful. The car_s lights were very dim_ and we didn_t notice that until driving from Tripoli to Beirut_ and it was pretty dangerous. Otherwise_ in general the car was clean and in good shape.

I was charged 50$ because I dropped the car at 5 PM instead of 11 AM.

Пока еще жду возврат денег_ заблокированных на карте в качестве депозита. Также бак бензина_ который был _залит_ при получении автомобиля закончился внезапно через 100 км_ было 4 деления и вдруг резко показатель падает до нуля. Хорошо_ что рядом была заправка. Возможно_ это не вина компании_ а хитрые клиенты что-то сделали_ что в баке показывал бензин_ может быть_ воды туда залили. Также жаль_ что нет возможности купить страховку_ чтобы не оставлять депозит.

Фары плохо работали_ плохо освещали дорогу. Место приема очень темное.

Politique de carburant très mal appliqué: la quantité en litres du manquant du réservoir largement surestimée et le prix chargé par litre excessivement arbitrairement élevé par rapport au réel. En résumé c_est presque de l_arnaque_ au lieu de 30.000 à 40.000 LP_ on m_a forcé à régler 220.000 LP. Enfin_ c_est le Liban actuellement.. quoique c_est mon pays!
