Just a bit confusing in SNN. Sinage directs you to depot closed at 2pm. Wasn_t made clear to me at depot. Didn_t check email sent to me later as was driving which had instructions. Think you need to have that instruction at time of pickup as I was doing laps of SNN apt Guys at terminal desk in SNN were really lovely and helpful.

Your online booking system led me to believe that I already had paid insurance. I then had to pay more than double what I had expected to pay. Your online booking system should make that very clear. That_s the only issue I_ve had with the whole process - not the car rental company.

Staff were very friendly would highly recommend knock airport as a pick up location
