Rented a car with a major problem with the _mask_ of the engine i.e at every little bump I had the impression to have a major accident. Returned to the rental company to change the car which was done after an upgrade proposal that I refused and they provided me with a similar car to the original car. Great service but what a pity that they rent cars that are not 100% ready-to-go. But they are professionals even though I wasted 4 hours of rental.
