SIXT Car Rental Destinations in Denmark

I would prefer that there was a possibility for refund of some of the rental fee if I return the car before expiry of rental period. I returned the car 5 days before time but could not get any return. I know that is the condition that I have agreed_ but I think it would be a good idea to change the conditions. I feel that the vehicle I got was an upgrading without extra cost_ which compensate for the claim I mentioned above

Når man booker fra udlandet skal I være bedre til at gøre opmærksom på at der IKKE er fri km med i aftalen_ hvis man er bosiddende i DK. Fik at vide at jeg skulle betale registreringsafgift_ hvis jeg blev standset. Derfor fik jeg er merudgift_ og det er IKKE ok.

I booked the car for 8am and the agent arrived at the office at 9am_ the normal opening time. I called the emergency number on the sign on their door numerous times and there was no answer. I also called the number shown on my voucher and after holding for 10 minutes_ I hang up. I called again a little later and after holding for 5 minutes_ I hang up. All that the agent said was that her colleague should have contacted me and let me know that the office doesn_t open until 9. This is not acceptable.
