При заказе дома оплатил полную страховку_ в том числе франшизу в размере 1000 евро. При получении оказалось что это не входит_ хотя было написано что включая страховку франшизы.Доказать не получилось ничего_ заморозили 1000 евро при заказе_ но потом вернули. Было не приятно такое. В следующий раз лучше возьму вдругом месте покрытие франшизы_ в моей стране это стоит в местных страховых компаниях 35 долларов_ дешевле чем у них. Хотя аренда авто и сами авто хорошие_ но страховку можно взять в другом месте.

לצערי מעכת מולטימדיה לא עבדה בכלל גם לא בלוטוס ומעבר לכך עשיתי טעות בהזמנה לקחתי יום אחד יותר לא שמתי לב. החזרתי יום וחצי לפני המועד ולא הסכימו לזכות אותי אפילו לא על יום אחד ממש מאכזב

Everything was very good pick-up and drop-off had no waiting around_ we were very happy was given a free upgrade BUT the biggest problem was 1) the car was pulling to the off-side 2) The front inside tyer had NO TREAD! completely bald !! only discovered just before returning the car when parked and the wheel was turned facing out to the left_ this is when it was noticed. This was very dangerous and illegal_ we had rain and could had aquaplane on the motorway causing a possible fatal accident_ if stopped by the police i would had been prosecuted! This has taken away any good experience with the car hire and will need to advise trip adviser and anyone thinking of taking a hire car from your company. we were shocked to discover this at the end of our stay.
