The rent car doesn_t have extra tire_ so we had great problem to change flat tire. When we dropped of the car_ there was a misunderstanding because of the flat tire.

Very disappointing to be charged extra because I returned car a couple of hours later than agreed time. Things happen and when people don_t see it that way_ it_s sad. I had car for 50 days and no discount and still charge extra. Never again
